Returns and Exchanges

PANIC THE MOTHER offers a 14 days return policy: You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund.

Please note that products clearly marked as hand embellished, or handmade are not eligible for refund. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit for these items.

To ensure eligibility, all products have to be unused, in excellent condition, in their original packaging with the label intact. It is important to know that the company reserves the right to reject any item that goes against this criteria.

Please refer to our size guide for all garments, as it has been specifically provided to ensure accurate sizing.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks of the return of product(s) are borne by the sender. Return costs and risks are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked and insured postage service for proof of delivery.

If any items are faulty, please email heylover@panicthemother.comwithin 24 hours from delivery date. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue and a clear photo of the fault so we can assist you promptly. Unfortunately, if the 24 hours have passed without notification, we cannot be held responsible for the faulty item.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as our fulfilment process begins immediately.

Please note, any customs duties and taxes on return of your order are covered by the customer not PANIC THE MOTHER. Any cost to PANIC THE MOTHER

will be deducted from your return amount.

To initiate a refund, please email heylover@panicthemother.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your full name, address, order number, the item details and the reason for returning.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
