If something is not quite right with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if your order is eligible for return.

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn merchandise that is in it's original packaging, including all labels etc.

To initiate your refund please email heylover@panicthemother.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Please provide your full name, address, order number, the item details & the reason for returning.

We advise using a tracked service for your return to ensure its safe arrival. We are not responsible if your return gets lost in transit. All returns to be sent to the following adress -

Customs duties and taxes on orders are non-refundable through PANIC THE MOTHER. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

Please note any customs duties and taxes on return of your order are covered by the customer not PANIC THE MOTHER. ANY COST TO PANIC THE MOTHER WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR RETURN AMOUNT.

How long does a return take to process?

Once returns have been received they will be processed within 5 working days.

DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email heylover@panicthemother.com within 14 days from your order date with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we can better assist you.
