So you have had a rough ride? Sorry to hear that honey, I empathise. Please tell me that's not your excuse to give up? That's a pretty piss poor one. You're viewing your set backs all wrong. Failure is a great place to come back kicking some serious arse. Skint? Ahh babe even better! Can be hard to get out of your comfort zone when your nice and comfy. This may be hard to accept but you don't need to be a ray of sunshine everyday. Did you know it takes rain and sun to grow a sassy flower? Of course you still need to get shit done, having a ”off” day is not a reason to quit. That's where you will grow. It's easy to be happy and get shit done when everything is going your way but doing it when your up again adversity that's what takes courage, self-discipline and a strength you have to pull from the very depths of you. When you are at the end and can't take no more remember you never know how close you're to seeing the magic appear. Being consistent doing something day in day out even if you don't feel like it is a learnt behaviour and takes discipline. Understand that if you only apply a little you will only get a little back. A little effort will never amount to serious change. Your possibilities are endless, but it begins and ends with your mindset. This is your power. It can either make or break you. You're either choosing to be positive Peter or negative Nigel. Choose Peter every time. Facing disappointment and rejection is life. You can stop and become discouraged go into a very negative cycle of self-destructive behaviour. Surround yourself with other negative people and become toxic. Or choose to see another way. The only difference is mindset. What do you choose to see and believe? Don't expect anyone to give you anything. Do it yourself every time. Show your actions. Know your limits and start pushing through them. When your mind is saying quit say NO! This is not what I planned. This is not the end goal. I have not achieved what I set out to. I'm not done.
